Plumbing Sales Advisor

The Plumbing Sales Advisor with Mauzy Cooling Heating Plumbing & Electrical will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting homeowners in finding solutions meet their needs best. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of the home improvement industry, with a proven track record in-home sale.

Responsibilities:  

• Customer Engagement: Provide tailored plumbing product recommendations during in-home consultations. Understand customer needs and provide options for each client. 

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of plumbing systems to provide accurate advice. Stay informed about codes and industry standards.  

• Sales Strategies: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Process options and estimates accurately and efficiently. 

• Service Advice: Provide guidance and answer technical questions regarding plumbing installation and maintenance jobs. 

• Reporting: Track and report on project progress. Document all job activities accurately.  

Qualifications:  

• 3+ years of Plumbing Experience 

• B2C Sales Experience or aptitude  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. 

• Strong decision-making abilities 

• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:    

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based: the anticipated first year earnings average $65k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.   

Physical Demands: 

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time. 

• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run 

• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time 

• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling. 

• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
