Lead Plumbing Underground Installer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Plumbing Underground Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing underground residential waste systems. This is a great opportunity for an independent and driven individual to grow with a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead residential drain installations from start to finish
• Install and inspect underground waste and drainage systems
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of residential drain experience
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Experience with underground waste systems required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Transparency:  

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100k/Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
