Drain Install Project Manager

We’re looking for a Drain Install Project Manager to oversee our multi-day plumbing drain projects, including large drain and underground jobs. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with top-tier workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of complex plumbing drain projects
• Create schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and inspections
• Lead drain field crews, solve problems on-site, and ensure quality control
• Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and internal teams
• Track project budgets, manage change orders, and ensure profitability
• Enforce safety standards and job site compliance

Requirements:

• Strong project management experience in drain / underground work
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and job sites effectively
• Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and trenchless methods a plus

Pay Transparency:  

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $70k-$100k/Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
