We are currently looking for a skilled Cure in Place Pipe Liner Technician (CIPP Liner Tech) to join our growing team and support our mission to provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective services to our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Cure in Place Pipe Liner Technician, you will play a key role in our trenchless pipeline rehabilitation projects. This position involves the installation and curing of liner systems within existing pipelines to restore their integrity without the need for traditional excavation. Your expertise in using advanced equipment and your attention to detail will ensure that we deliver long-lasting, high-quality solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Setup: Prepare, install, and oversee the deployment of the Cured-In-Place (CIPP) liners into pipes, using specialized equipment.
- Curing Process Management: Operate curing equipment (e.g., steam, hot water, or UV light systems) to ensure that the liner hardens and sets properly, guaranteeing long-term performance and durability.
- Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of pipeline conditions before and after the liner installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or curing process to prevent delays and maintain quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used, curing times, and inspection results, ensuring proper documentation for project completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, crew members, and other technicians to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in pipeline rehabilitation or a related field, preferably with experience in Cure in Place Lining techniques.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of trenchless technologies, including the installation and curing of CIPP liners, and familiarity with associated equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on job sites and adherence to all company and industry safety practices.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient project completion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100k/Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
