Electrical Comfort Advisor

The Electrical Comfort Advisor is responsible for conducting in-home assessments of customers' electrical systems including wiring, panels and HVAC equipment to provide tailored recommendations for the clients. The ideal candidate for this role has proven in-home sales experience with an in-depth understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to evaluate their electrical system needs
• Recommend appropriate electrical upgrades or services based on customer needs
• Educate customers on products, services and financing options
• Develop customized estimates/proposals for clients
• Facilitate and close sales of systems including generator systems, whole house rewire estimates, main meter panel installations and more
• Secure necessary permits and coordinate walkthroughs to ensure installations
• Collaborate with electrical team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proven in-home sales experience
• Understanding of the Electrical industry/related field
• B2C Sales Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:  

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $65k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
