Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Senior Sales Manager to lead and support our department. This role is ideal for a results driven professional who's experienced both on and off the field. A strong combination of leadership with hands-on field experience to drive revenue, improve efficiency and deliver great customer satisfaction. The candidate for this role will be responsible for managing sales performance, conducting department training sessions, and monitoring KPIs across teams.

Pay Transparency:
The starting average rate for this opportunity is $90k-$150k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position.
