Summary: 

The primary role of the Retail Lead Generator is to engage with customers at retail locations and generate sales leads for our HVAC department. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude is required for this role. The Retail Lead Generator will set appointments and book free consultations for our customers!

Responsibilities:

      • Develop an understanding of HVAC products and services to communicate their benefits to potential customers.
      • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to educate them on the company’s services.
      • Setting appointments with customers to conduct free estimates for replacement or maintenance services.
      • Seek new sales leads through prospecting and providing exceptional customer service.
      • Become a brand ambassador by understanding client needs through consulting and providing solutions.

Qualifications:

      • Previous Sales, lead generation, or brand ambassador experience
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
      • Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone

Pay Transparency:  

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $18-$20/hr plus commission. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
