Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure management/ office schedule is organized, and all services are up to date 
  • Maintain Employee Records and Information with 100% accuracy  
  • Serve as a liaison between the office staff and management team
  • Oversee administrative operations including maintaining office files, records and documents
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and tasks
  • Assisting with meeting/event planning as needed
  • Ensure seamless operations of office procedures

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 4+ years of office management/ administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Transparency:

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $40k-$50k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
